The season of never-ending eating has officially ended.  If you went on a food binge during the holiday parties, don’t worry and don’t feel guilty, we’ve got you covered!

Here are some tips on how you can lose the extra pounds and the bloated, sluggish feeling that tags along with it!

Tip #1: Eat more.

Yes, eat more! But this time, we recommend that you choose a more balanced meal and preferably something that has more fiber. Fiber helps clear the colon of any undigested foods and air which reduces the feeling of fullness and pressure. It also keeps things moving through the colon and gets rid of toxins in the body.

Our favorite source of fiber would be Fiberich. Not only that it relieves the gassiness but it’s also  achieving a healthy weight since it encourages a feeling of satiety when it is consumed. Since we naturally eat less when we feel full, it helps us not overeat! (We should’ve suggested this before the holidays, we know, we’re sorry!)

Tip #2: Hydrate more.

This is probably the easiest and cheapest post-holiday weight loss tip ever! Drinking water helps flush out lingering toxins and helps your kidneys excrete the excess salt and water from your body quickly and decrease the bloat. If your taste buds are still looking for some flavor, avoid going for carbonated and caffeinated drinks. Choose high-liquid fruits like watermelons and honeydews or you can also try Richarge – it’s a healthy juice drink (no sugar added, yay!)

Tip #3: Move more.

After weeks of munching and chomping, it’s just normal to get back from the festivities feeling lazy and lull. Our solution? Move more. Start with a 20-minute walking, cleaning or work out. Long-term, it helps you lose weight. Short-term, it helps you get your energy back on top and get your bowels moving to get those extra unwanted stuff out.

Pro tip: Burn more fats as you move more when you take products with L-Carnitine, Green tea, and Garcinia Cambogia.

It’s easier to make 2019 your banner year if you’re in best shape. Follow these tips and you don’t only lose the holiday weight, you also move a step closer to achieving your dream summer body!
