Franchise Policy

FRANCHISE ACQUISITION PROCEDURE

After choosing the desired franchise, the Applicant franchisee must pay the down payment of at least fifty percent (50%) or full payment of the franchise fee directly to Royale Business Club cashier, together with the signed Memorandum of Understanding or Undertaking and Letter of Intent (LOI) with the site sketch of (at least 3 or more) proposed location;

If the applicant franchisee has no location, he/she may request Royale Business Club office to provide him/her a site locator for a fee;

The site location must be approved first before turning over the franchise inclusions;

Once the site location is approved, applicant franchisee may now pay the full amount (if 50% DP was made) to the cashier, before the turning over of the franchise inclusions (see pages on How to become a franchisee?);

Franchisee may sign the Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) and can start his/her training to be conducted by the franchiser after the approval of the franchise;

Once the franchise agreement is approved, consummated and the franchise package is delivered. The franchisee hereby waives his/her right to amend, return and change the package.
